Discontinued Tiles

Spent £600 on tiles (full retail price) but they didn't tell me they were discontinued and no more stock was available.
I was left with an unfinished bathroom. Would have been good customer service if the display tiles were labelled as CTD tiles in Maidstone do, or if the sales man had told me.
I won't be back here, Beware when you buy.

Very friendly and helpful

As a complete tile novice I popped into the shop to browse what colours were available for my bathroom.
The shop assistant spent the best part of an hour showing me a range of tiles and explaining the different tile types and what aftercare would be needed.
Overall the staff were very helpful and helped me make an informed choice.
I will be going back in a few months for new tiles in my kitchen

Excellent showroom with a massive range of products including adhesive ,grout and tools. Staff were vey friendly and knew all there was to know about the products they were selling
