The service I recieved of bc autos is one of the worst services I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with.
He is happy to take a job on but trying to get him to actually work on the car is like blood from a stone. Says he will come 1st thing the next morning and doesn't show up till the following day at 11am
Rang him everyday trying to get him to come and the promise he would be there the next day and he was a no show, and my partner took a week off work to be here for him.
On the last occasion he showed up he damaged the paint work on my car and the dissappeared
Three and a half months later he shows up at my door looking for his money thinking I had forgotten the damage. I showed him the damage and he agreed to put it right.
I took the panel off the car and he promised the panel would be back to me within 2 nights.
He showed up today a week late with the panel, as I was not there my partner was not happy to accept the panel without me looking at it 1st. He then took the panel away and told me to go to him.
Extremely annoyed at the fact I stayed in when he said he would deliver the boot and the day I was not in he tells me to go to him when he caused the damage.
Would not recommend this service to anyone worst business person I have ever met. I would never use this service again.
