Ok - staff need to brush up on product knowledge

An institution. So mainly good things to say,
If I were to nitpick -
In Leyton - not sure if this is the case everywhere, staff don't know the answers like in the old days - not sure if that is generational or they have never carried out DIY in their lives, but there used to be staff who actually knew what they were talking about. Simple questions about items in stock or are not even answered now.
Their garden section is ok however the staff again don't appear to be au fait with their section/department anymore.. So advice is to prepare beforehand or email their customer care who usually are more articulate and knowledgeable.
They always seem understaffed so a lot of waiting around not ideal when you want to go in and out especially in the middle of a pandemic!
