Absolutely terrible customer service,after fitting new boiler I discovered via a reputable electrician that the earth bonding to both gas and electrical systems had not been done,upon complaining to the manager who in very condescending tones said he did not accept what I had been told by my independent electrician or NECIEC response,needless to say I’ve now lodged official complaint and the manager will not even be responsible enough to answer e mails or queries……avoid them at all costs Manager needs to understand not to bite the hand that feeds him…rip off merchant

Wanted new boiler. Suggested tankless by home visit man. Insisted several times, its 4 my shower only. Never shown pamphlets as 2 what brand or model I would like. Quoted £850.found out after install, my model...ariston lux 15 /15/15 litre!!! avail for £87-£130....£750 labour costs. Had I known the mark-up, wouldn't have bought it? Not even fit for purpose. Not an expert, didn't know average person uses 5 litres PER MIN when showering, which left me 3 mins to shower before water cold. Had i used a handheld shower head, i would have 30-45 SECS to shower (tried it). this heater is 4 washing hands and cups in a sink, as i have now found out to my cost. installation team of steve and joe, absolutely spot-on......do your research is my suggestion, as you may get shafted!.i dont know what they're like in general, only my personal experience!...

Landlords Beware - Do not use this company for electrical safety inspections.
B&K failed my property saying it needed remedial work that they would then carry out for an additional £280. 3 other qualified electricians who carry out the same inspections told me It should have passed with only an advisory. I put this to them and asked for more detail on the reason for a fail, which they wouldn’t give. They are ripping people off.
A complaint is in about them with the NEC IEC, which is being investigated. Beware of this company.

So happy with the service on my emergency call out. Kept in contact, turned up on time, on first arrival they were redirected to an emergency job where water wash gushing through someone else's house which was only reasonable in prioritising that job over mine as water had stopped in mine, they called me and kept me up to date, only 40 mins delayed. Very nice chap, did everything he could to fix it there and then but a part was needed. 48hrs later (over a weekend) they called me to say part was in and when that day could they come and fit it. Rang me updating on arrival and stuck to timekeeping. Fitted it, gave me some advice on something that could be an issue and not covered under plan. Biggest plus he put up with my hyper boarder collie jumping all over him whilst trying to do all this!
Excellent service

I booked this company to repair my 94 year old father’s central heating pump. The engineer arrived on the wrong day so my father was unable to answer door. I spoke to the engineer on the phone who reassured me he would arrange with the office that someone would call the next day when I was there to let them in . Result - we sat in a freezing cold house waiting for engineer who was never going to turn up . Appalling service.
