Avoid! I’ve been left over 2.5k out of pocket and have a faulty machine
1The machine doesn’t work unless the plug is pulled half way out of the socket- extremely dangerous (working with electricity and water). 1 of the wheels continuously falls off when you attempt to move the machine. The machine arrived damaged and faulty but B&G refuse to replace the machine for one that is in working order (which is what I purchased, not a faulty, apparently second hand machine)
The small amount of communication I did have with this company resulted in them telling me that when they had someone in the area, they would contact me and agree to service it however this was months ago and I have not heard a word since.
I’m really disappointed in this company, the machine & the customer service I’ve received. I paid a lot of money for a top of the range machine and I’ve been left out of pocket with a broken machine that is completely unsafe to use.
I am sorry that you feel let down by our customer service. You purchased a carpet cleaner from our website in March 2021. We are aware that when it arrived there was a small scratch on it. You agreed to accept some free cleaning chemicals by way of compensation which were duly sent. In July 2021 you contacted us regarding a problem with the machine you had purchased. You were asked to return it to us for inspection as we believed it to have been damaged which you refused to do. You did not purchase the optional on site warranty or a service package on this equipment. I personally emailed you 9th July 2021 offering you either a returns form to send the equipment back or as a goodwill gesture, a visit from an engineer next time we were in your area. I provided the contact details for relevant staff in both our customer service team and our service department. No communication has been received by either.
