Excellent Customer Service for Upgrade

Our laptop was that slow it was painful, took it into Nottingham B2K, upgraded memory & hard drive, only took an afternoon, the results were unbelievable, now have something that we can use with confidence (was originally set up by Curry's - not fit for purpose). Following day whilst trying to reload anti-virus was almost caught out by a conman, quick phone call to B2K stopped us spending a fortune on a product we didn't need!! Then received a call later to ensure that everything was working ok and that the problem had been sorted - 5/5 for attention & detail

Highly Recommended

Went a few days ago with my laptop needing a repair. The man was straight into it as I entered and repaired it in a short time. Highly impressed by his endeavours and service. Very friendly too. Can see why this business is highly rated and respected by so many. And I too must now highly recommend a visit to him as he really is an excellent worker. Much respect. Many thanks again.
