Unprofessional and threatening behaviour

I employed Mark from Azure Plumbing for a long time with no problems. Then, Mark came round to have a look at my lavatory one day, and he accidentally smashed the cistern. For months, he refused to repair the damage. Then, when I asked him to make good on the damage that he caused, he insulted and threatened me. I would not recommend using this company as Mark is clearly an unpleasant and unreasonable person if he is crossed.

Very poor service. Have been waitng weeks for them to service our boiler and refit a fire. A lot of no shows and ignored messages.

Brilliant job sorting boiler problem

Mark came out at v short notice to help when the boiler in our holiday let was playing up, and has also done a boiler job for us in our own home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Hugely capable, friendly and calm. And he even charmed our holiday let guests! Full marks.
