I am a qualified Massage Therapist passionate about health and well-being, so on your first appointment I will start with a short consultation. This will allow me to get to know you and find out what you want from the treatment which will enable me to give you a massage that will suit you. Great Experience

Went to Allison and had the best massage, I was booked in for an Indian head massage which was so good, I also had a facial , amazing !! Allison is very professional and made me feel relaxed. I will definitely be going again and would highly recommended.

6 years on!

Can't quite believe it, 6 years and still here. I started coming to Allison in 2017. I'm still attending, and getting the same professional treatment. So relaxing and look forward to the pampering.

Aromatherapy massage

I found this place via a google search. Alison responded straight away and managed to fit us in at last minute. She was brilliant; specified our massages and oils to our individual needs. COVID safe too. Will deffo be back when in Milton Keynes

A Wonderful Experience

My first experience today of a Facial and an Indian Head Massage, was quite special. I didn't realise how much I needed to unwind and relax, until Allison's healing hands started to get to work. I felt completely at ease in her hands, and I literally felt the tension easing as my entire body responded to the massage. It was a calming, relaxing, enjoyable experience. Allison's positive and caring approach, along with the soothing music and soft lighting, completed the experience. I highly recommend AYG Massage Therapy.
