DO NOT USE! aftercare is shocking within 1 day of having the key the unlock button broke, and all the owner can state is that is my fault. Please think twice before getting this APPARENTLY GENUINE key!

My in laws family home was broken into with a set of Audi A1 keys taken, but made a run for it before taking the vehicle.
Having phoned Audi, we were told a new lockset and reprogram would cost £600!
I contacted AW at 430am in panic and he responded rapidly and very polite, certainly living up to the 24/7 mindset!
AW was able to book a visit the following day, and within an hour and a bit had all the locks on the car changed and with an additional key to replace the stolen one. All for a fraction of the price and brilliant service provided than what audi wanted.

Today I lost my car key in Coventry. I live in Birmingham. Called the AA; they couldn't get a technician out until the next day. My mother and young daughter weren't happy about that. As a third-party to the AA, AW AutoKey Specialist undercut them by £50. They were also able to be with my that evening. AA told me AW would be there in an hour; it was half an hour. AA told me to expect their technicians to take an hour; AW took twenty minutes. Thank you for your excellent service, we were all home safely from Coventry to Brum within 2 hours of calling AW.
