A disgrace to Tewkesbury

Shameful attitude. No show taxi for the second time my family have booked with this company, this time leaving two young women stranded in Tewkesbury at 11pm. Why accept bookings if you have no intention of turning up?

Never turned up at night.

Taxi never took a number to confirm our booking, said it was confirmed and never turned up. Office went straight to voicemail. Had me and my sister not been able to get a lift we would have been stranded in Tewkesbury. Would not recommend at all.

We booked from away for minibus to take family from campsite to Tewkesbury and collect us from restaurant to take us back, very helpful on desk, driver arrived on time on both occasions , very polite and courteous , and fare was reasonable. Can’t understand negative comments posted on this site
