Existing 70 year old water main was too close to planned foundations. Failing to find a workable solution, the project was almost scrapped especially when we found that the service was shared. I called Avon & Richard came out the next day. He proposed a viable solution including connection to my neighbour. John & Jon arrived on the appointed date & after careful consideration & a slight modification to the plan set to work. I could not believe how quickly they dug the access holes & then set the mole to work. Two others (who's names I forget - sorry) arrived later to give assistance & the new pipes, fittings & connections were installed (well clear of proposed foundations) & tested. We now have all new pipework from the verge to both houses. On completion the site was left exactly as they'd found it - you can't tell that the ground had been disturbed. Excellent job chaps. I have no hesitation recommending.

Called Avon Water Services regarding a leak highlighted by our water company. They attended promptly and provided a professional service. In our case, they proved there wasn't a leak to the satisfaction of the water company.

We had a leak from a temporary repair on an old lead pipe that used to feed a now redundant downstairs toilet. Despite being late in the night Richard and the team were on-hand to advise on getting the water switched off and came out before the school run the next day to cap off the end of the pipe which had perished which involved cutting the concrete. The job was done tidily, speedily and it meant we could get the kids ready for school on time too!

The service has been so good we've got the team coming back to remove the other end of the pipe soon too; we're definitely in safe hands!

Amazing service!

Richard was extremely polite and knowledgeable with regards to our shared water leak. He explained what he was doing at every stage and seemed to instinctively know where the leak was. He was very professional and had a brilliant work ethic throughout. Upon detecting the leak he explained the next steps to the neighbours involved as well as rang the water board for us. Should I or anyone I know require his services I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avon Water Services in the future.
