Bristol to Southampton Cruise terminal
5We needed a bus with a tail lift, as we have 2 members of our family in wheelchairs and the rest of us were able bodied.
We were all going on a cruise from Southampton.
They were easy to contact and it was all carried out by email.
Heidi was my contact and helped me all the way through the bookings.
I was given the drivers name and mobile number.
We were all collected on time at 2 different addresses, and had a nice drive to Southampton Port.
Simon (our driver) was courteous and very helpful.
I had to change our disembarkation location whilst onboard ship, and emailed to say where, and Simon was there waiting for us on our arrival.
Once all on board we were all taken home.
We will definitely book Avon Minibuses again for our next cruise transport!

I booked Avon Minibuses to transport 11 people from Clapton-in-Gordano to the city centre and back on a Saturday night. I don’t live in Bristol and so had to book someone simply from recommendations online and I am so glad that I chose Avon Minibuses. Communication was brilliant, price was very competitive and they arrived early on both occasions. If I am ever in Bristol again, I’d highly recommend this company. You’ll be in safe hands with them!
