They can say the right things ,but just make excuses.... totally dissatisfied... waisted money needed to go somewhere else to avoid excessive prices.

I have visited this garage many times for work and general maintenance on my cars. Quite refreshing to be guided and advised rather than pushed into buying expensive replacements rather than what is best suited for my needs. I do like the family feel to the place and everyone is really accommodating. Well done.

An honest customer centred approach and quality repairs

Awesome service. The first time I have really found a garage I can trust. I was given some great advice by the staff here to prevent damage to my car and therefore save me from having more expense later on. An honest approach and quality repairs means I will always return to Avia Autos.

Very poor workmanship.

Took my car in for some work, including getting the brake hard lines replaced.

Got the car back a couple of days later and the quality of work was very poor. Very untidy, hand bent piping and odd routing choices. Fluid reservoir was overfilled and leaked out. Took it back and it was tidied up a little but still poor. Support clip not reattached and dust covers missing.

Wheel alignment was off when it was supposedly adjusted. Had to be done again to sort.

Supposedly a reputable award winning garage but quality of work was terrible.

It was a shame Ian did not return to the workshop as we would have liked to resolve this with him. Judging by the comments posted on Piston Heads in October, his alignment still gives him issues and he has stated that "perhaps it was right" at our workshop. He is still on piston heads, having visiting multiple garages who are all not very good apparently.
