Bad customer service

If I could give zero stars I would the worst customer service I’ve ever had and just found out they actually don’t fix a lot tools there they send them to another company blamed covid for part not coming that’s fair enough I can’t argue with that ,but that doesn’t exuse them for not keeping in formed what was happening covid doesn’t stop them giving me a price which I asked for for around 3 week before getting my item back in worse condition than I left it I used to use them 10yr ago everyone at our firm did for nail guns until service went down hill thought it might have changed they’ve actually fallen off the hill now
