Only giving 1 star as no stars isnt an option. Albeit a while ago I sent in an ecu for repair at a cost of £663.13 when returned the unit had no outputs to the injection pump long story short they were not interested after being paid. Sent the unit for testing to another company who who opened it and reported it was damaged internally by a third party .., like others fitted and cloned a replacement unit and started and run fine. no apology no refund and no ****s given.

sent them an ecu for repair, came back as no fault, went to scrap yard bought replacement, car fixed. Didnt want to know, terrible rip off

Great Company - Quick Turn Arround - Perfect

Great Service !!!

Took my V70 speedo into Autotek and got a call within 2 days saying it was ready for collection.

Plugged it in and bingo it works perfectly.

Highly recommended !!! Will use again for sure

Poor After Sales Service

Following a fault with an air flow meter that had to be sent back to Autotek 3 times before they replaced the part with a different item and an extra 6 hours garage labour to find a fault that wasn't there due to the constantly faulty air flow meter, no response from Autotek has been received in relation to reimbursement of the cost of the item or even a good will gesture. Be VERY wary of using this company.

Company under any circumstances
I had a problem with them, I paid £330 to have a car ecu repaired after they quoted this to repair it. After months of the part going back and forward they finally admitted defeat, but will not give me my money back. Disgusting customer service.
