I have always found the guys at Autostation to be lovely and extremely helpful. My 86 year old mum has taken her car there for MOT there for a number of years. They have always given her a fair price and been very courteous. During lockdown they went the extra distance to go and collect her car so that they could MOT it and then bring it back to her. On Friday they helped me out again and sorted out a flat battery (within a couple of hours) that was stopping my mum from selling the car. Not an easy task for me as I was in Leeds and the car was still in Tewkesbury!

Poor customer service

Unfortunately my car recently developed an intermittent non start fault so I booked the car in and Alan and his team looked the car over. After a week I was told they couldn't find anything wrong and I would need to wait until it occurred again when they could find what the cause was. I picked the car up having paid a small bill for them checking electrical items .The following week the fault appeared at home and I called Alan hoping he would call out to investigate . Unfortunately I was told that the garage doesn't do breakdowns and asked me to use a breakdown service. I feel disappointed by his remarks and totally let down by this garage.
I recently called another garage who came out promptly and diagnosed a faulty starter motor within 20 minutes.
I advise you to avoid Autostation the service they offer is substandard and you are likely to be let down as I have discovered.
