Often difficult to convince them to book my vehicle in for a service for the reasons mentioned by other reviews and no communications on mileage limits being reached, you just get an invoice.
Clearly more geared towards dealing with large fleets, not a good experience as an individual customer.
If you are offered this company as a maintenance option as part of your vehicle lease, consider other options.

Hi, Thomas. According to our records, your vehicle has been booked in on two occasions and your booking forms contain no notes or complaints. You've also received a new set of tyres, which were authorised without delay. The excess mileage charge is also documented and included in our Terms & Conditions. An email explaining this was sent and we provided you with 19 days' notice before taking payment. Nevertheless, we're sorry that you weren't happy with the service. Hard work to deal with

Autoserve have to book in each & every service/maintenance request. They do this at garages they have accounts with which are all 30 minutes plus from where I live, (I do live in a big town). My agreement is fully maintained contract for duration of my 3 year contract hire lease, my vehicle has request on the dash to change the oil, I had battle to get this booked in to be done as told I have to wait for the next service which is 1900 miles away. Autoserve just cancelled my policy as it is easier option & didn't want to undertake maintenance in line with my vehicles warning messages. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
