Hi, Thomas. According to our records, your vehicle has been booked in on two occasions and your booking forms contain no notes or complaints. You've also received a new set of tyres, which were authorised without delay. The excess mileage charge is also documented and included in our Terms & Conditions. An email explaining this was sent and we provided you with 19 days' notice before taking payment. Nevertheless, we're sorry that you weren't happy with the service.
