Powder Coating

Hydrographics

Hydrographics, also known as water transfer printing is a process of applying printed designs to three dimensional surfaces. The process can be used on surfaces like wood, metal, plastics , glass, helmets, suitcases, laptop covers, alloy wheels, car trim or as big as snowboards and car bumpers. We have thousands of film designs like carbon fibre, camo, zombies, candy skulls and many many more.

Sand Blasting

Sand Blasting is a process of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material(aluminium oxide) against a surface under high pressure to remove contaminants. Its a good method for removing old coatings on metals and saves you hours of sanding and cleaning. It also gives it a good key for the next coat to adhere to whether it is powder or paint.

We have a 25ft blasting chamber so can fit most jobs in including cars for restoration.

Spray Painting

In our facility, we have a huge 40 square metre paint booth which can fit a vehicle as big and as high as a Mercedes Sprinter in with plenty of room left.

It's not just vans and cars we paint, we have vast experience in all metal spray painting in many sectors including agricultural and Oil and Gas(Norsok m-501).

Alloy Protection

Our alloy wheel service is a same day service for powder coating and a 24h service for paint(to allow for drying time).
