The worst service I’ve ever received - had my car booked in for MOT & Service, they collected it late, had it for a total of 7 hours and stated they hadn’t had chance to do the MOT and would need to keep my car in the garage, I explained this is impossible as I need it for work! They gave me my car back leaking heavily with oil which stained my dads and my drive badly! Rang them up regarding this and didn’t even recieve an apology! Took my car back in first thing the next day and they said they were going to fix the oil leak they caused and do my MOT straight away, I had to ring them 5 hours later they said they still hadn’t done MOT and to come down at 5 for it, came down at 5 to be told it still wasn’t ready. Got key back at 5:30 (there closing time) no explanation, no apology just made a lot of excuses!! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Totally incompetent, worst garage experience I’ve ever encountered. Would never recommend here! Avoid like the plague!

Really approachable friendly garage. Offers very reasonable pricing on repairs, servicing and MOTs.

Left car at 9.10 for an MOT - they were annoyed that I didn't opt for the upsell service £165 with free MOT thrown !! I advised I needed car back at 3 for school - they said no problem. I arrived 2.45 to pay and collect to find my car had not left the parking spot I had put it in one the morning - I missed a doctors app and a school event !! No idea how to give customer service ... no apology no explanation . BUT I found a awesome company next door called VASTECH who saved the day gave me their courtesy car and sorted my MOT which was finished at 5 !! VASTECH know what customer service is!
