1I am sorry that you feel this way. I couldn't book your car in straight away when you phoned me as I was totally booked up after Christmas. Then when the day came and it was pouring down with rain I phoned you to apologize and explain that I would be along later when it had stopped raining. You then put the phone down on me. I didn't once say I would not come out. The job required me to lay under the car with an electric drill which in the rain would have been a safety hazard.
