Top marks to this garage for trust and price. I would 100% recommend them. They were recommended to me by 2 different people when I'd got a price for the work needed on my car by another garage and was thinking I would have to scrap it. The price came in way lower than the other place. There were obviously busy and I had a bit of a wait however they were great at explaining what was happening in layman terms for me. Extremely friendly and professional. My car has been running like a dream since I got it back nearly 3 weeks ago. Big thank you to them.

I'd looked at a few quotes before deciding to take my 80k miles F30 330d in for a ZF8 service. It wasn't the cheapest quote but the conversation with Neil gave me confidence this was the right place.

I felt the shifting was hesitant and clunky and as it was bought secondhand, I wanted to check if there was any issues logged in the drive train whilst having the gearbox oil flushed and replaced. I also asked them to look at the diff oil and replace that too.

Upon collecting my car, I was given a full diagnostic of the various tests they performed and fortunately enough, it was all positive. They checked the diff oil and recommended it didn't need to be changed and they gave me a rundown on their diagnosis. In terms of the drivability after the service, it is like brand new. The delayed shifts have gone, even when cold. Very pleased with the results provided by Neil and his team.

We knew there was an oil leak between the transmission and transfer box; we told them that. They charged us over £75 to tell us the same thing and a quote of over£650 to put it right. The offer was that the original diagnosis would be included in the £650. If we didn't go for the quote we would forfeit the £75. Total rip off to cash in on poor level diagnostic approach and then hook to over pay for repair. Took it to an alternative garage; all fully done for £300 which included all seals and strip down of transfer case. Typical unprofessional short sighted Garage who think customers are there to be fleeced, do not use.
