Rang and was told to take car in Saturday morning and they said the would ring by lunch time, which the did. Rang back later advised us that a part was required and they could not get until Monday. Car was fixed and ready by early afternoon Monday. The technician we spoke to showed us what he had done and told us that hopefully all was ok and to bring car back if we had further problems. We were impressed with both how we were treated both over the phone and in person and kept in the loop all times. We tried Auto Electrics and diognostics because of the outstanding reviews and could not be happier with the service given and cost of the repair. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very lucky to have come across this garage after having had a bad experience at another garage that advised me that my wing mirror wasn't fixable. A wire had broken inside my wing mirror which meant that the bulb inside didn't work (quite a common fault on Mercedes) and even me being non-techy could see that the wire was likely fixable with some solder. Anyway I then rang Auto Electric and I explained that I had driven from another town to go to the other garage and asked if they could fit me in, they did and the problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes at a small fraction of the cost of a new or even second hand wing mirror. The technician explained to me how he had carried out the repair and I was so happy! The guys at the garage are the good sort and professional about their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they'll certainly be my go-to garage for electrical work from now on.
