Due to an intermittent alarm issue on my micro was referred to AES by my usual garage Was pleased to find they could fit my car in for diagnostic check within 48 hours and when I called to change the date again no issue or fuss The service was prompt and I would happily recommend them to anyone Thank you AES

Arrived for an on spec diagnostic,was told they would do their best with my central locking problem.they said they couldn't spend too much time as there are solid booking s to attend,within an hour,job sorted and signed off and at a very reasonable price

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

i took my alternator to them for a new regulator to be fitted. they could not be arsed with the job. gave it back 2 weeks later still not working. said they could not get the part. they did not give a toss. BUT that was my experience.

We are very sorry to receive this review. Could you please give us more details to identify these details (date, type of alternator etc) for us to confirm that it is actually meant for us as we are often confused with a similar named company not far from us. We DO care about every job we receive, however big or small, reputation is what keeps us in business and we do our best to obtain a good reputation. Without being able to identify the job I can only answer generically and assume that for 2 weeks we were trying to source the part from different suppliers but were unable to hence having to give it back. We would NEVER not repair a starter or alternator if parts were available. We look forward to hearing from you
