Conman full of lies, deception and dishonesty. Disgusting, rude and arrogant attitude.

Guy is a conman. Not upfront and honest with the prices, and made the extortionate amount of bill with lies and deception without doing the agreed upon work. Now having to fight legal battle to recover my car from this thief. Absolutely disgusting attitude.
