SUB STANDARD PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP.

Would never get involved with this company again.
I bought beautiful granite worktops including a granite island two years ago. After six months they started developing dark stains around the sinks and edges of the worktops and island and dark patches across the surfaces. The company ignored my complaints and refused to repair the stains. The stains have got to the stage I will have to replace the whole thing. I have no option but to go to court to get some sort of redress.
