I called on the off chance that I could get a 'same day' clean...which I did.
I needed to get in quickly while the elderly gentleman was in hospital for a day or so. For that reason I needed to get it cleaned and reasonable dried before his return. His carpet was wool, cream and heavily stained so I was very pleased at the end result. The carpet was not only clean and stain free, but also almost dry! It really didn't take much longer than an hour the results were outstanding. Very happy with this service and will be using Aura again and recommending them too.

As a scientist myself I really appreciated the effort that went into assess and ensuring the carpet cleaning was undertaken in a thoughtful and professional manner, the results reflected the high level of effort that went into the clean. Also, and importantly I think, the day they came to clean the weather was miserable - raining outside, but the rotten weather and my muddy path caused no trouble to them! Thanks again.

Used Aura for carpet cleaning services in Bristol home of cleaning whole house, felt price was fair and provided a great service on time carpets came up amazing considering they hadn't been cleaned for 2 years. Very knowledgeable and much better than previous carpet cleaning team I used before.
