Auld Lang Signs

Disgraceful customer service. We were looking to get 6 vehicles sign written , gave details for this with the promise they would get back to us. 6 weeks later. Nothing

I called into this place to discuss the job I was wanting done and he told me to send him photos of the vehicle and he would get back to me with a price. Never heard from him so I phoned up and spoke to a woman who said they would phone back and guess what!
Avoid at all costs!

I would rather have given zero star. I needed a price for a quantity of products and was told I would get it later that day. Nothing arrived, I called the next day to be told I would get later that day. I personally called the following day late afternoon, to be told Monday following week. I pointed out that perhaps giving a realistic time for a price would be better than fobbing customers off with false promises. I too run a business with dead lines. In response I was told to leave the premises. I have just wasted 4 days waiting for a quote I am not getting. If this is the delay in getting a price, I would not want to place an order with a fixed deadline as clearly disappointment will follow.

collected goods ordered recently and the girl serving (Kim) was obnoxious and very rude. I would definitely never advise anyone to use this business again. due to her manner. The sign was just what was ordered but their customer service leads a lot to be desired. Really hope this improves for the owners benefit,
