Utterly disappointed.
1All I can assume is the lady delivering the flowers got out of the wrong side of bed that morning, or knew she was delivering poor quality, she was so rude and insensitive. Almost pushing her way in to the house, rushed and couldn’t care less that we were not happy. Stating ‘well that’s what I do’.
