Over & Above Levels Of Customer Service Alongside Quality Workmanship

I thought I had left a review in December when work was carried out but it doesn't appear to have saved.

Matt has gone over and above any level of service I would expect from a business. He had completed and excellent job in removing a staircase and inserting a loft ladder - for that work alone I would have left a five star review.

However when co-ownership required unnecessary extra work carried out for the purchasers of our property - Matt came out and completed the extra work at no extra charge.

This was particularly good service as he had just gone through a personal tragedy and in spite of this, went out of his way to help and complete the extra work under circumstances I can't even imagine

An absolute gentleman and I cannot recommend this business highly enough

Matt surveyed our loft for installing insulation and some flooring. He was very helpful, making suggestions as to what we might or might not need. He kept us informed at every stage. Matt and his team were very professional and did a great job. And very tidy.

Professional and exemplary service

We recently had our attic floored by Matt and his team. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail before the commencement of the work. Matt made his recommendations based on individual requirements .The ladder which we chose was the flexi ladder. This has proved to be such an asset for us as it is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.
The attic was transformed into a lovely open space. Matt reused some of the original boards in the eave spaces, saving us some money in the process. A safety rail was placed around the attic opening with a grab rail. All in all we are delighted with the work which Matt and his team carried out for us and strongly recommend them for their high quality and professional service at a very competitive rate.
