AVOID!!!!
Worst customer service they have no understanding of how to run a business. Poor attitude to they’re customers and no appreciation of business. I would rather drive 10,000 miles to the next garage than have to use this one again

I had two flat bald tyres so was thinking of calling ats or kwikfit sometime soon, went Harpenden for the day, got flat tyre at 5pm, called kwikfit, they couldn’t help me and said would price the other two tyres next week. I then called ats St Albans on way home, asked them to price up two tyres, they asked the exact details of tyre which I didn’t know as I was driving, it was now 5:25.

I was speaking with Duane on the phone, he said as I was passing through St Albans, to just pop in and he would check prices of tyres. When I got there at 5:30 they were just closing up. However, instead of turning me away (which would have been completely reasonable) Duane noticed the huge nail in my tyre and offered to fix it for me there and then. I felt so bad and said I’ll come back the day after but he was such a nice guy, he just said don’t be silly and continued to fix my tyre regardless of time.

The three guys that stayed behind and assisted me were Duane, Aaron and Gus.

If i could give a 0 i would. They are very dishonest! I would avoid if possible. Whilst at the garage, they tried to rip off another customer. AVOID!
