Shoddy Company, No Service. Go Online / Somewhere Else.

I ordered my tyres a week prior to fitting. Got a text on the day of fitting saying to remember to turn up. Turned up and my tyres hadn't arrived. Have spend multiple days talking to head office about how this happened. Turns out they have no idea when you order tyres if they have arrived at the store or not.
Maybe worth giving them a phonecall prior to going to see if its worth your time. Or take your business elsewhere. I will not be using ATS Again.

Every time I book with them I have to wait an extra 30-40,mins while they sort out other people first. They just don't seem efficient at keeping to their timescales which is very frustrating. Also, they don't seem to have suitable tools to do anything more than the very simplest tasks so if anything is difficult to remove/unbolt they just give up. Not too impressive.
