Don't have a bikini wax here
Last month I had a bikini wax here and it was the worst experience. I never normally review businesses but it was so bad I feel I have to warn other people. The lady who did the wax rushed it therefore she was rough, it hurt a lot (which I know a bikini wax is never going to be pain free but this hurt more than any other bikini wax I've had before) and I had a rash/burn in my bikini area for 3 weeks after!

Shellac Nails
I had a problem with the shellac put on my nails by Athena. They chipped and peeled immediately. The technician put three coats of colour from two or three different bottles as each one was more or less empty. Resulting in a thick ugly finish. I was going on holiday the next day and had no time to go else where. I had to have it removed after a few days and pay for more to see me through my two week holiday. I contacted the salon on my return and reluctantly the owner agreed to re-do the shellac but I had been so disappointed I said I would just have a manicure. I had taken pictures which I sent to her. The technician she told me to ask for was on holiday and I couldn't get booked in with her so after a couple of weeks I couldn't be bothered to go to the salon again, The whole incident had left a bad taste in my mouth. I wrote and subsequently emailed the owner asking if I could have a refund instead. To date I have not heard a thing, not even a "no" that was 13 weeks ago. I would not recommend this salon in any way, shape or form.
