I've struggled to find the right adjective to describe us. I've also considered "friendly", "informal", and "family".
We're definitely "family", we're sometimes "friendly", but there's a limit to how "informal" we can be. Being an RCVS inspected and approved practice, means that we have to do things by the book.
I once described us in a job advert as a "Practice with personality". We appreciate that our customers and their pets will also have their own individual personalities. If you're fond of being manipulated by "Special offers", or funnelled into "Health plans", then there's plenty of other practices to choose from. If you'd prefer an alternative approach....
