Martin arrived on the day he said he would and sorted out my problem with my Satellites dish, he was quick in fixing it and was very helpfull and polite. Very reasonable prices for work carried out. Will use again should any more problem arise in the future.

I rung Martin (I think that was his name) on Wednesday before Easter. He said he could come around the following day, giving me a 2 hour time slot. I must admit I was surprised, considering the time of year. He turned up within the time slot. It turns out, I didn't need a wall socket for my aerial. The end of it just needed a good centimetre cutting off completely and adjusting. While doing this, he explained certain things that I didn't know about. It took less than 10 minutes to do the job!! He even managed to put my newish heavy TV unit exactly back into place; it took only one attempt. What a nice guy. He wasn't even going to charge me, but I insisted so for £15 it was well worth having my aerial sorted before Easter! He finished off by telling me that I can still use my YouView box to record and placed the yellow lead into my Wireless router. In all, I am extremely pleased with the service. Martin was extremely efficient, thorough, friendly and amiable.
