We specialise in the extraction and supply of luxury Yorkstone and natural stone paving products, sourced directly from our very own quarry in West Yorkshire. 1Ordered product, payment taken, contacted to arrange delivery, no reply. Called support number, "full inbox" then automatically hung up. Tried several times to e-mail and call but couldn't contact them.
I noticed payment was taken by "Wentworth Paving Northwich", a company I'd not heard of or authorised & couldn't find a website for.
I contacted my bank & they said I'd be able to get a refund as sale was on a debit card & been conducted at arms length. They suggested to keep trying to contact them, but to contact trading standards & flag it.
Delighted to say that website has been suspended & hopefully the director/company investigated. I'd strongly recommend to check companies house in advance (I usually do but they'd been recommended to me by two different landscapers who had a minimum level of stone, and I trusted them, sadly). Beware if Wentworth Paving suddenly appears as the main company!
