Aston Damp Proofing, as an environmentally friendly company, try to avoid use of toxic substances and as such, use the membrane system. The use of 'wet application damp barriers', as we have proved in the past, do not last for the period of our guarantees. As our guarantee lasts for a period of thirty years, we use the membrane system, which allows customers to re-decorate with confidence. As will be shown to you on survey, this membrane provides a small amount of airflow for ventilation and drying, as well as increasing the temperature of the internal surface wall. This increase in temperature can help any condensation problems too.

We constantly monitor the industry for new innovations and materials. We run tests and experiments regularly through R&D department (Research & Development). We have also tested and adopted the latest water based woodworm and dry rot treatments, which are proving to be a great success.
