Business overview

We are a repairs and maintenance company in Northamptonshire. We deal with Fire and water damage repair. Modernise old and tired living areas and fittings and furniture. Guttering and fascia replacement and cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom fitting. Sink, bath and shower repairs. Minor plumbing and electrical. Painting and decorating. Shelving and furniture assembly. Building, cleaning and treating: decking, patios and driveways, sheds and fences. General garden maintenance. We also do office/shop/work area refurbishments.

We have expanded into additional areas of repairs and maintenance including HMOs, multiple property landlords and are now acting as key holders for an increasing number of properties. Fire and water damage repair, interior décor and specialist projects including converting outhouses and containers in to offices, kennels and sanitariums are amongst a number of additional services now offered.

Fantastic trustworthy company

I cannot recommend Astar and Tim Kent highly enough. He and his team look after the maintenance for my mother’s house so it was really important to us to have someone skilled and trusted to help when things go wrong. They really do go above and beyond, I’d give 8 stars if I could!

Highly recommend! Tim is an extremely efficient and responsible person who goes above and beyond in his work. He has done lots of jobs for my elderly mother and can be trusted 100% to do work for elderly and vulnerable people.

I have been using Tim at ASTAR for about 4 years. He has undertaken a variety of jobs on my rental properties from house refurbishment to a leaking tap and all jobs have been completed satisfactorily.

I really recommend astar properly maintenance to anyone. they literally respond to you straight away i called them to see if they could fit a garden swing on for me i have a daughter she has special needs she saw the swing she was so so happy she wanted to use it straight away but i couldn't fit it myself so i called few handyman services but couldn't find someone could came the same day. so i called Astra property maintenance and the person said he'll send someone in about hours but the person literally came less then an hour. They are so polite excellent service i will call them again if i need anything fixing literally anything they do all most everything. I give the 5 Stars for
