I'd received 3 quotes - And Assured Drainage were the same price for the whole job as 1 hour for one of the others, and cheapest overall.
The blockage was quite bad and it took a number of hours to shift but still charged me the quoted rate. Friendly and very knowledgeable and took us through what was wrong with pipes and showed us CCTV pics etc.
I'd definitely use this company again.

Quick to Respond, Diligent and Very Reasonably priced

Alex & Shawn turned up just a couple of hours after I called them with our blocked drain and backing up toilet issue. Spent almost 3 hours resolving the issue using their array of specialist equipment. All cleaned up afterwards and a nice surprise as they only charged the agreed price they ahd quoted over the phone. Highly recommend these guys.

I can't praise Alex enough. Came out straight away when most weren't even contactable. Very pleasant and helpful. Sorted the problem immediately. Made every effort to check it was sorted. Very clean worker. Very reasonable rates. Thank-you!!

Shawn turned up on time and did a great job unblocking the drains and showing me what the problem was. All cleaned up well after he had finished. Very friendly from the first contact, to completed job and payment, which his colleague, Alex, came to collect later so that I could pay by card. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been really impressed with the professionalism and level of service I receive from Assured Drainage. They offer a wide range of services; for me they have cleared a blocked drain, fitted a new inspection hatch and cleared a difficult blocked drainpipe. The really great part is that Alex and Shawn are really friendly and approachable offering expert advice. I recommend them without hesitation for any drainage work.
