We are a family run business established over 35 years ago. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer services and also our after sales service and as a member of EURONICS can offer extremely competitive prices whilst maintaining a high level of personal service. Other internet sites just offer low prices but fail when it comes to personal service and after sales service, we offer both. Local delivery and removal of the old appliance is included in our already competitive prices. We also include connection to existing plumbing on free-standing washing machines and dishwashers at no extra cost. We fit electric ovens and all integrated appliances but a fitting fee is chargeable on these items. Although we don’t install gas appliances we can arrange this for customers on purchase of any gas appliance.

We also offer a vacuum repair service for all makes including Dyson repairs and servicing from just £20. Aspull Domestics also offer an excellent, reliable repair service with experienced engineers to repair all makes of washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, static refrigeration, cooker hoods and electric cookers, hobs and ovens.

I have used Aspull Domestics several times over several years and have never experienced any issues. The customer service is good , the pricing is competitive and the engineers are professional. I recently had a problem with my washer / drier. This matter was sorted in short order.

Brilliant service friendly staff, the quality of work was outstanding and work was done quickly and efficiently, would highly recommend them to anyone as I will always use them in the future if needed, and the prices are very reasonable, if could give more than 5 stars I would.

I've always bought my appliances from a well-known retailer until my washing machine broke down earlier this week. That company's customer service was extremely poor so I rang Aspull Domestics who sent an engineer for repairs the following day.

Unfortunately a repair wasn't viable so I ordered a new machine which has just been delivered and installed by two very professional and efficient operatives. Once done, they talked me through the different wash cycles and left me feeling quite confident as to how to use the machine.

All this within the space of four days, so I'll be sure to use Aspull Domestics again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Disgusting and utterly dreadful

This company states that “we pride ourselves on our excellent customer services......”

But nothing could be further from the truth. We ordered a NEFF double oven approx £1700.

These clowns decided to send out the oven to my home which is approx 22 miles away without a single piece of packaging.

Also when they arrived to install the oven, they put the oven onto a trolley to wheel it into my home. But because the oven had no packaging to protect it, the oven suffered dents in various places. Also the oven in places was covered in dust and the oven handles either had dirt on them or were scratched.

I would have asked them to replace the oven with a new one but this wasn’t possible because this oven has been discontinued

The only option was to get NEFF to replace all the damaged parts.

I will never buy anything from them. Their oven fitters are totally unprofessional, incompetent, have no pride in the quality of their work and have had no or very little training.

As a company we do pride ourselves on our customer service and do everything possible to help if a problem does arise. The oven was unpacked in store to check for any damages before delivery as you had had issues with an oven from John Lewis and had already returned 2 x AEG ovens to AO within the previous 10 days and also returned 3 x neff ovens to appliances direct. Our fitters are extremely careful and have had over 10 years experience and are competent in doing their job.The delivery note was signed by you as 'Goods received in good condition'.Once damage was reported your details were passed onto Neff by ourselves and they are now dealing with the matter. You did insist that you wished to keep that particular oven as it was a discontinued line and wasn't available to purchase elsewhere. We have over 40 years experience in the industry and can only apologise if you weren't satisfied with our customer service but we have done everything possible to resolve the situation for you.
