Avoid like the plague.

Engaged Aspect to value my property when staircasing with shared ownership. A neighbour had used them and was happy so why not. Should have taken more notice of the reviews as the valuation I received was ambitious to say the least. Comparables used bore no relation to my flat and valuation gave details of amenities that I didn't have. Reasonable questions went answered and generally arrogant in their approach. May seem cheap at the outset but worth paying extra to get a true and accurate valuation. It was questionable whether Aspect were working for me, let's face it I was paying in good faith for a service, or the housing association. Have never written a review before but doing so to warn others to AVOID this firm.

Unrealistic Valuation and Poor Service

Overvalued my shared ownership property by £65k (as compared to another independent surveyor) and £60k (as compared to the bank’s valuation). All comparable properties on the valuation were sold for significantly less than the value placed on my property (£45k - £150k!). Poor service - the report and response to the challenge of valuation were late.

Time waters

Avoid them if you can!!!! They extremely ignorant and rude. They made me wait 6 weeks for my one bedroom flat valuation.... After that time I have received valuation for two bedroom flat......

Don't use it

They took well over two weeks to hand me a underestimated valuation of my two bedroom leasehold flat in Acton and - without my consent or instruction - they even sent it to the freeholder too. Rubbish service.
