Absolutely appalling customer service - we were told our order would be delivered in approximately 10 days. I rang after 3 weeks had passed to say we were disappointed not to have received the glass yet and to ask if it could be with us in the next two days and I was absolutely shocked by the response - I was immediately told it would be 'chucked in the skip then' and I was accused of being 'abusive3' and 'screaming and bawling', none of which was remotely true. The strongest word I'd used was 'disappointed' and I hadn't raised my voice in the least, just made a polite enquiry. I was told I was ringing outside of work hours (4.30pm on a Thursday) which I was not aware of. Perhaps you shouldn't pick up your work phone if you don't wish to take a work call after you've clocked off? I was left shaken and upset. We were emailed the next day to be told our order was cancelled. I'm glad not to be giving this business any of our money. Cannot recommend.

Everyone very helpful and friendly. Excellent service, went the extra mile to help us out. Would highly recommend this company.

We have used Ask 4 Glass several times over the years and have always been more than happy with the service. Reliable, friendly company who can respond at short notice and at realistic prices. I would not recommend this company at all.I have been left with an unrepaired and unsafe window since one of the business partners of this company has refused to do the work he committed to.
The business partner was rude,unhelpful and challenging on the phone and i was not tret with respect at all.This was all because my original request was to have my window replaced since a brick had been put through it.The company came out and tried to board it up and chargs me 120 pounds which it didnt need.The business partner rang me and disputed what i had requested and said i had cost him money!After weeks of chasing the work i have now been told they are refusing to do the work
I am now left with an unrepaored,unsafe window.
