Not great for a so called professional buisness

Wasn't the best,ordered 2tyres ,said the time I be in for them to be fitted ,came out of work and they sold 1 of the tyres I ordered,ok I let that slide it happens,told me he would order another in the morning I told him I be back same time,left work again went in sat there nearly 10 mins then came back said he couldn't find it and will order again in the morning,obviously I didn't go back as being smirked at as well made me uncomfortable and maybe if I was a man they wouldn't of sold it in the first place,definitely took the pee out of me thanx for that

didnt even look at my car

Booked in for Saturday morning for a suspension check and a health check, when i got there the lady took me across to another man and left me with him, he asked me what was up so i explained that my car felt really scary driving as it felt like it was slipping sideways when driving, he kept looking at his watch and then said to me he wont have time to look at this as they shut at 12.30 even though i had booked in for first thing. He didn't even look at my car he just kept looking at his watch and then said i needed to go to a Vauxhall garage and then walked away from me. He didn't want to even check my car even though i said i was worried driving it, terrible service from the man. Cant believe he did not even look at my car after me saying how bad it feels, he just fobbed me off as he could not be bothered to even look

Don't take your car for MOT

Don't know left from right. Said I needed left wheel bearing. So paid for that. Took it back because it was still making a noise. Said that was the left wheel bearing. So they replaced that and I paid again. Took for MOT 12 months later to another garage and they said it had failed on the right wheel bearing, and it couldn't have been replaced last year. So I've been ripped off!!

When this lady wrote to us about this job we looked into it and admittedly there was a lack of communication on our part, she shouldn't have paid for the second wheel bearing as it was being changed under warranty but she didn't question having to pay again at the time. We don't actually do the mot's so we only changed the part the mot garage said had failed. We refunded this lady in full and apologised for the mix up. We pride ourselves on our honesty and customer service if there is a problem with our service we like to know about it so we can rectify it accordingly.
