Sloppy

I had roofing and Ashley’s company made a very shoddy job. The moartering on the chimney was really sloppily applied and when I complained by email and sent photos I was met with a stone wall of silence. Furthermore, the tiles that were put on had to be redoneon by a builder a few weeks later. The roof started leaking very quickly after it was supposed to have been done and less than a year later I had to get the whole thing done again.

Who even are you? I reply to every email. What's your name and address please. I'm sure there has been a mistake, I think you have possibly mixed me up with someone else.. What you are saying is completely false. That's not the type of service we provide.

A courteous and efficient service from quotation through to completion. We had our roof completely refurbished and we could not be happier with the price and the results. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who turn-up when scheduled and get the job done with a minimum of fuss or mess. I would 100% recommend them.
