We provide watch batteries and strap replacements including clock and watch repairs. Also, we buy and sell new and second hand jewellery. I bought a locket for my wife here and the service was excellent, they had a good choice and the staff were friendly and knowledgable. It was lovely to find an independent family run jewellers, so much better than the faceless multiples.

Very disappointed!

Appalling service when it comes to engraving. It wasn't done the way it was clearly requested and the back of the brand new watch came back scratched which I never got an apology for. They haven't got the right tools to engrave the back of a watch according to them.The half price discount upon a long discussion is not what I was expecting after messing up a nearly 300£ watch. Avoid!
