Brilliant and very very professional

Absolutely brilliant and professional service.
Recently needed my wife “Who is a Paramedic”
To be collected from the William Harvey and bought back home at night.
The driver gave me his car details (To pass on to my wife) and then picked my wife up and had her back home in 15 minutes.
Even waited outside to ensure she was safely in.
5 Stars definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid!!

AVOID!!! Awful service, booked by phone told to wait ten minutes then got a cancellation by text. When I called to find out why nobody had any answers and the hung up on me. AVOID!!!!

Excellent service

Called and told would be 10 mins and arrived dead in time. Very friendly driver. When paid two notes had stuck together and was very honest and let us know and gave back. Brilliant service .

Rushing my niece to hospital

Last night my sister had to take her 1yr old baby to hospital who had passed out as 999 had told her it is quicker to make her own way rather than wait for a ambulance because she would have had to wait anything from 45 minutes on wards the taxi driver turned up very quickly and got her there as quickly as possible, he managed to help keep my sister as calm as possible being a non driver she had no choice but to take a taxi and they provided an amazing service thank you so much we are forever grateful
