Terrible Experience

We did not agree terms of payment in writing or verbally, but Ashford Electrical demanded payment less than 24 hours after sending an invoice. The job was on a Saturday, and he was chasing for payment on the Sunday and again early Monday morning. Even though a customer rightfully has 30 days to pay the invoice. He never apologised, even though I was totally in the right.
