Horrific service - booked a taxi and they never turned up. Never answered the phone and left us without options to get home.

This taxi service is appalling. I rang early feb to see if they could cater for my party of 22 and Carrie said she would need to speak to her manager but should be ok. I emailed all details across as well as followed up with further emails to which she just said she’d speak to her manager. I eventually rung her again end of march to which she rudely said they could not cater for that amount leaving me in complete disbelief. By this point all other bus companies were booked up as it was for Easter weekend!!! When I rang back and explained this she said she would see if she could make a number of trips instead and would get back to me in the next hour........ 5 days later I’m still waiting this phone call. Would have just preferred her to say no in the first place and be honest. Awful. Would suggest people do not use this company if they don’t want to be let down.

I used Ashbourne Taxi's as I had broken down in torrential rain, on my own, in the dark. I called them and spoke to the lady operator, who kept me calm and assured me that a driver would be with me in 15 minutes. She even sent me a text to let me know he was a couple of minutes away. The driver arrived well within the time I was given. It was the guy who owns the company and he was absolutely lovely. He dropped me off at the holiday cottage I was staying at and didn't leave until he had seen that I had gotten inside safely. I can't thank them highly enough. They really went out their way to make sure I was safe.

Very accommodating firm.
It has a real human base operator rather than a computer. They stay in contact and are flexible and helpful as a result.
Nice cars so far that I have seen.
