Deranged, offensive, rude & passive aggressive American man at the entrance calling himself security personnel – this individual could not manage a thought let alone a door. Let’s hope he soon finds the medication & help he very clearly needs.

Store attracts a certain type of socio-economic customer who have no concept of social distancing & will argue with & mock more civilised customers who have inadvertently entered this low-level market stall set up.

Self-important, unprofessional & trustworthy branch manager by the name of Elaine (overheard being two faced against both staff & customers) letting down the store & setting a shambolic example as some of the counter staff actually seem polite & helpful.

If you want a classier experience, pop across the car park to TK Maxx where you will find normal sane people, manners & civility as well as decent higher-level merchandise.
