Ascot Cabz

Awful! Don’t use! Poor! Ascot Cabz Don’t show up to collect passengers even when they’ve received money already for the booking, they don’t answer the phone when calling to see where they are and they lie. We pre booked to be collected from a party and paid in full prior (over £100) and they lied about trying to contact us when there’s been absolutely no call from them despite waiting outside on time. After waiting an hour and then finally picking up the phone, they’ve admitted they’ve received payment and can see we’ve pre booked but still haven’t arrived. They promised to send a car and still nothing has arrived after 1hr 45 minutes later! Having to seek alternative means to get home at 1.45am in the morning. Should have been picked up at midnight!

Terrible service. Overcharged on waiting time and wouldnT listen to what was clearly their policy as per email.
