ASC is a well established, experienced and sought after Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning business.

At ASC we offer both Personal training sessions and some HIIT based training classes.

1-2-1 SESSIONS ARE BACK!

1-2-1 PT sessions and dual sessions (providing you are from the same household) are back as of 02/06/2020.

We are fortunate enough to have a fully equipped facility that can offer outdoor training while maintaining the government social distancing guidelines.

Precautions are already in place for those clients training this week. Sessions will be spread out more; therefore allowing adequate time to thoroughly clean equipment prior to each session, keeping everyone as safe as possible.

We are still offering 1-2-1 Live Pt sessions via the Zoom platform.

These are still individually planned and based around what equipment you have access to and the sessions are 30-40 long.

All of our training is based upon up to date training methods that will maximise your potential in everything you do.

All Personal training sessions are completely personal, based around your neurotransmitter dominance and are run from our private training facility in Cheltenham.

Classes are run from the Hatherley Village Hall.

Fantastic Personal Trainer

Never having ventured properly into a Gym, but advised to by my doctor, I was not very keen and also unsure as to what I’d find! Training with ASC has been a revelation. Hugely knowledgable and passionate about fitness, Ant has tailored workouts to my needs and interests. I’ve learnt so much about how to train well and I actually love it. And it’s made a huge difference to my all round fitness. My husband who’s very fit and sporty has also been and Ant has transformed the way he trains too. Great organisation and communication too. Hands down recommend ASC whether it’s a new thing or you’re a seasoned fitness fan !

"I decided to try ASC Personal Training in January 2015 with a target to try and get in better shape for a holiday in May, i decided to go with training twice a week, I'm fairly active but never really used weights, my response now is WOO HOO....not worn my favourite dress for 7 years and very nearly threw it out in february because i couldnt get it done up.Tonight i tried it on and it fits!!!!...and I havent really dieted (or cut out the wine):) Happy Days

"I decided it was time to try and lose a few pounds and so started with trying Ant's Kettleblast class.....it was hard work but was a friendly class, ive now been going to this class since January and also go to his other class Abblast.
I have now lost 1st 1 lb and finally found something that i enjoyed doing, even though its the toughest thing ive ever done" I've now started PT with Ant as well!!!!!:)

Had my first session with Ant yesterday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Really helped with my technique on Squats and Deadlifting. Nice to have someone explain why you are doing something and what muscles you are using whilst you are doing it. Ant gets involved while most PT's I have seen have just stood there watching. Looking forward to the next session! Cheers Ant!

I cannot recommend Ant's sessions highly enough. I have been attending regular sessions with Ant after I struggled to loose my pregnancy weight.

From the very first session, Ant made me feel at ease, especially since I felt very self conscious about my fitness level and body shape. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of personal training, and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. He was able to devise an appropriate training plan which was regularly reviewed to ensure I reached my goals. I found his flexibility with appointments and good time keeping really helpful when arranging child care!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Ant. I love learning the new exercises as well as meeting the challenges he sets me each week! After eight weeks, not only have I become more toned and lost weight, but I also feel more energetic, and I don't suffer from back pain from carrying my eight month little boy! Thank you Ant.
